Items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for these custom or personalized orders.
Conditions of return
In the event of damage or defective upon arrival, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Proof of damage is required (photo) upon product receipt.
